WARNING. Multipoint linkage analysis is a time consuming task on large pedigrees. If your pedigree is large (say, over 40 persons) use two markers at the first run and then increase the number of markers slowly as long as you see that our current computing environment can handle the computational effort. Choose markers at a reasonable distance (say, at least 0.5 cM apart).
