all meetings is mandatory.

- Students wishing to suggest their own topic should provide a detailed description of the suggested project.

Overview
|
|
New technologies for measuring sequence and quantities of nucleic
acids present needs for dedicated algorithmic, data analysis,
statistical benchmarking techniques. In this project course we will
focus on research questions that address efficient methods to perform
these tasks. We will develop and improve methods; test and compare
existing methods; and analyze actual measured data from biology sources.

Introductory lectures will be given in the first two weeks. Additional
meetings with each group will be scheduled during the semester.
1-2 meetings at the end of the semester will be devoted to project
presentations.

familiarize itself with the referenced literature before the next
meeting.

decide on the actual project and outline the work plan.
