Overview

New technologies for measuring sequence and quantities of nucleic acids present needs for dedicated algorithmic, data analysis, statistical benchmarking techniques. In this project course we will focus on research questions that address efficient methods to perform these tasks. We will develop and improve methods; test and compare existing methods; and analyze actual measured data from biology sources.

Time and Place

Wednesday, 14.30 - 16.30, Taub ?
Introductory lectures will be given in the first two weeks. Additional meetings with each group will be scheduled during the semester.
